YUMMY HASH BROWNS

Ingredients

  • 1 32oz pkg frozen hash browns
  • 1 can cream of potatoe or mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 green pepper chopped
  • 12oz sour cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Chopped parsley

Directions

  • Mix all but parsley, salt, pepper and paprika
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Place in greased 9x13 baking pan
  • Sprinkle with parsley and paprika
  • Bake uncovered at 300 for 11/2 to 2 hours
