- 2 doz. Lady Fingers
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream softened
- 1 qt. chocolate ice cream softened
- 1/4 c. kailua
- 2 Tbs. cold coffee
- 10 Skor candy bars broken up or Bits
- Chocolate syrup
- Whipped cream in can
- Butter 10 inch. spring form pan. Line lady fingers around edge and bottom. Mix softened ice creams, kailua, coffee and candy bits (keeping a few set aside for the top). Scoop into the lined pan. Chill until hard. Before serving decorate with whipped cream, cherries and then drizzle chocolate syrup over top. Slice and ENJOY!
NotesOur daughters made this Ice Cream Cake for our 25th anniversary. It is soooo good. It can be changed by using different ice creams and Liqueur.
