- 3 Tablespoons of Paprika
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 2 Tablespoons of sugar
- 1 Tablespoon of ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper
- 1 Tablespoon of salt
- 1 Tablespoon of Celery Salt
- 1 Tablespoon of pepper
- Mix all ingredients together.
NotesI've been wanting to make some pulled chicken for quite some time but let the fact that I don't have a grill stand in my way. I decided to make an in house version with the spice rub and homemade BBQ sauce and it was pretty delicious.
I use the spice rub on the chicken before I baked it, used it in the homemade BBQ sauce and in the cole slaw.
