INGREDIENTS

3 Tablespoons of Paprika
1/4 cup of brown sugar
2 Tablespoons of sugar
1 Tablespoon of ground cumin
2 teaspoons of cayenne pepper
1 Tablespoon of salt
1 Tablespoon of Celery Salt
1 Tablespoon of pepper

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients together.

RECIPE BACKSTORY

I've been wanting to make some pulled chicken for quite some time but let the fact that I don't have a grill stand in my way. I decided to make an in house version with the spice rub and homemade BBQ sauce and it was pretty delicious. I use the spice rub on the chicken before I baked it, used it in the homemade BBQ sauce and in the cole slaw.
