BackstoryThis recipe was shared to me by a CSA partner who came across this easy summer vegetable dip in a magazine. Her teens loved it so she shared it. We made it and also loved it so we thought we would share it! It's great with carrots and other vegetable sticks.
- 1/4 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 small glove of garlic, crushed
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Enjoy!
