YUMMY TILAPIA

Ingredients

  • 2 filets of tilapia
  • bread crumbs
  • salt/pepper
  • Lemon slices
  • White rice

Directions

  • 1. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet
  • 2. Pat tilapia in bread crumbs and season with salt and pepper
  • 3. Add to hot skillet
  • 4. Cook white rice
  • 5. Cook fish 3 min. on each side
  • 6. Remove fish from pan and squeeze lemon juice on the fish.
  • Enjoy!
