Yummy Tuna Casserole

Why I Love This Recipe

This is my take on a family dish I always enjoyed. It's great reheated for leftovers too!


Ingredients You'll Need

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 brown onion, chopped
2 cups shredded cheese (I use Mexican blend)
2 cans tuna (Geisha is my fav, all white chunks in water)
1tbsp mixed spices (I use Pappi's spice blend and black pepper)
1 package of noodles of your choice (I use Rotini)
1 can of sweet corn (or peas..whichever you prefer)


Directions

Preheat oven to 425.


In a glass 9x13 dish, mix both cans of soup, corn, sour cream, tuna, spices and onions and 1/3 of the shredded cheese.


In a large pot boil water and cook your pasta.


Drain and rinse and add to glass dish and mixture.


Blend the noodles with other ingredients until no dry noodles are left!


Pat down to make flat surface and add remaining cheese.


Bake in oven until cheese is golden and yummy!
