Yummy triple layer lemon pie
1 graham cracker crust
2 C cold milk
2 pkgs. lemon flavor instant pudding and pie filling
1 TB. lemon juice
1 tub cool whip
Pour milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mix and juice. Beat witha wire whisk for 2 minutes or until mixture is well blended. This will be thick.
Spread 1 1/2 C of pudding on to pie crust. Mix the remaining pudding mixture with half of the the whipped cream. Spread over pudding layer. Top with the remaining whipped cream.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until set.
