ZACH'S LAMB MEATBALLS
Zach's Lamb Meatballs
I like lamb meatballs, and I just wanted a quick tasty version to throw together.

INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 5-7 hours
- Servings: 2-3
- Preparation Time: 10-15
- Meatballs:
- 1 lb. ground lamb
- 2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. white pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- Sauce:
- 1/4 tsp. saffron
- 1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 c. red wine
- 1/4 c. diced red onion
- 1/2 c. diced yellow (or your preferred color) bell pepper
- 1/4 c. flour
- water
DIRECTIONS
Combine all meatball ingredients in a bowl
Form the meatballs to your preferred size and place in crock pot
Add the can of diced tomatoes, red wine, onion and peppers to the crock pot
Cook for 5-7 hours on low
To thicken sauce, mix 1/4 c. flour with a little water to form a paste and mix in
Serve with rice, couscous, or whatever else you prefer!
