From Busy People's Low Fat Cook Book


  • 1 (14 oz ) Fat Free smoked sausage, quartered and cut into bit sized pieces
  • 1 (20 oz) package seasoned diced potato home fries thawed
  • 2/3 c honey dijon barbecue sauce


  • Spray a large non stick skillet with non fat cooking spray
  • Put the sausage, patatoes, and barbecue sauce in the skillet and cook over medium heat. Stir until all the ingrdients are well coated with the cauce
  • Cover and reduce the heat to mdium low. Cook with out stirring for 10 mins
  • With a pancake turner, turn the mixture over. The bottom will be caramelized and brown
  • Cover and cook an additional 5 minutes or until the other is caramelized
