ZOILA'S MEXICAN SHRIMP COCKTAIL

Ingredients

  • 1 big cucumber peeled
  • 6-8 roma tomatoes add all the jucie and seeds
  • 1 med sweet onion
  • 1 big bunch of cilantro
  • 1-2 cloves od garlic
  • 3-4 avocados (add before serving if you like)
  • add next

Directions

  • Dice the following and add to a bowl
  • 1 big cucumber peeled
  • 6-8 roma tomatoes add all the jucie and seeds
  • 1 med sweet onion
  • 1 big bunch of cilantro
  • 1-2 cloves od garlic
  • 3-4 avocados (add before serving if you like)
  • add next
  • Sauce can be as thick as you want add water to thin.
  • Half of the shrimp water
  • 1/2 24 oz bottle of ketchup
  • 2-3 cups tomatoe juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • salt to taste
  • Last add the shrimp and chill
  • Serve with saltines
