ZUCCHINI NUT BREAD
Zucchini Nut Bread

CATEGORIES
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups zucchini, unpeeled and grated
- 3 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
DIRECTIONS
Mix well and put in 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes.
