ZUCCHINI NUT BREAD

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups zucchini, unpeeled and grated
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup nuts, chopped

Directions

  • Mix well and put in 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes.
