Low Calorie  Low Fat  Oven  Vegetable 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 zucchini about 2 inches in diameter, peeled and cut int 1/4 inch slices
  • pizza sauce
  • 2 T 2% milk mozzarella cheese, shredded
    •

DIRECTIONS

On each slice of zucchini place ingredients in order


Place on a baking sheet and broil until cheese ismelted and bubbly about 3 - 5 minutes
