Ingredients You'll Need
1/2 Cup Low-Calorie Italian Dressing
3 TBSP Lemon Juice
1/4 Cup Chopped Green Onion
1 Tsp Basil
3 Medium Zucchini (unpeeled, cut in bite-size chunks)
1/4 lb Mushrooms, quartered
2 Cans Water Packed Tuna
2 Medium Tomatoes- Sliced
Mix all ingredients, except tomatoes in bowl and chill in refrigerator for one hour.
Serve over tomato slices.
