- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup kosher salt
- 1/2 cup black pepper
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 1/4 cup dry mustard
- 1/4 cup crushed red pepper
- 1/4 cup onion powder
- 1/4 cup garlic powder
- Mix all ingredients together and store in mason jar in a cool dry place.
- Will last as long as you need it to!
- I like to use it as a dry rub but you can also sprinkle it on steaks or meats as you cook them
