- Cooking Time: 25 min
- Preparation Time: 2hours
- 1 package yeast
- 2 cups warm water
- 3tabs.suger
- 4teasp. salt
- 6cups flour
DIRECTIONS
Dissolve yeast in water. Stir in suger and salt add 5 cups flour stir in last cup of flour. Knead on floured board for 10 min.. Let rise 1 1/2 hours. Push down and knead until smooth. Shape into desierd foarm and let rise 15 min. Drop bagels into boiling water with salt added. 1 tablespoon of salt boil 3 min. take out with slotted spoon. bake 425 for 25 min. on greased baking sheet
