Why I Love This Recipe

my favorite way to cook alaskan halibut, with my own twist on this alaskan recipe.


Ingredients You'll Need

fresh bread crumbs
halibut
milk
salt and pepper to taste make the sauce

s cans of cream of mushroom (amy's organic is the best for this) (2 cans?)
tsp teriyaki sauce
tsp soy sauce
splash of sherry
splash of scotch
2 sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp diced onions.
a splash of red wine.

in a baking dish, pour half of the sauce on the bottom.

lay the breaded filets on top
bake at 350 for 10 minutes
pour the rest of the sauce on the top of the filets
bake another 10 minutes

serve and enjoy.


Directions

Bread the halibut filets using fresh bread crumbs laid out on a plate.


dip the halibut in milk and pat bread crumbs on each side...salt and pepper to taste.


set aside while you make the sauce


in a sauce pan, bring s cans of cream of mushroom to a boil while adding teriyaki and soy sauce, sherry, scotch, mushrooms, onions and a splash of red wine.


in a baking dish, pour half of the sauce on the bottom.


lay the breaded filets on top


bake at 350 for 10 minutes


pour the rest of the sauce on the top of the filets


bake another 10 minutes


serve and enjoy
