- 1 1/2 cups sliced banana
- 1/2 cup light rum
- 1/2 cup bottled sweet-and-sour cocktail mix
- 1/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
- 30 ice cubes

combine banana, rum, cocktail mix, and orange juice concentrate in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth. with blender running, add ice cubes, one at a time, and process until smooth. serve immediately. garnish each serving with orange slice, if desired.
