1/3 cup Butter, melted
1 ¼ cups Graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup Sugar
2 (8-ounce) pkgs. Cream cheese, SOFTENED
1 (14-ounce.) can of Sweetened CONDENSED Milk (Not Evaporated)
¼ cup Real Lemon Juice from Concentrate
1 (8-ounce) container Sour cream
Preheat oven to 300°.
Combine Butter, Crumbs & Sugar; press firmly on bottom of a 9-inch SPRINGFORM pan.
In a large mixing bowl, beat cheese until fluffy.
Gradually beat in sweetened Condensed milk until smooth.
Add eggs and Real Lemon; mix well.
Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes or until top is set;
cover top with sour cream & bake for 5 more minutes.
Garnish with Raspberry topping
Reserve 2/3 cup syrup drained from 1 (10 ounce) package of thawed frozen Red Raspberries.
In a small saucepan, combine reserved syrup, ¼ cup red raspberry jam and 1 tablespoon Cornstarch.
Cook until slightly thickened and clear.
Cool. Stir in raspberries.
