CAULIFLOWER SALAD

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 cup real mayo
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  • cut cauliflower into bite size pieces
  • fry bacon and crumble
  • chop green onions
  • mix together sour cream and mayo
  • place in a large bowl
  • add cheese combine well
  • refrigerate until ready to serve
