cavetelli with beef!!
2lbs of beef for stew (or a london broil)CUT INTO CHUNKS.
1 SMALL ONION DICED
2 CANS OF DEL MONTE SAUCE
2 CANS OF FRANCO AMERICAN BEEF GRAVY
2 BAGS FROZEN CAVETELLI
brown beef in oil till nice and brown
(i use olive oil just enough to cover the bottem of the pot.add diced onion and the sauce and gravy, let simmer for about 45 mins or until meat is tender, sprinkle with parmasean cheese. and italian bread for dipping... yummy..
