Why I Love This Recipe

This receipe was handed down from my great grandmother, my family loves it and i enjoy making this dish cause it reminds me of my mother ..


Ingredients You'll Need

2lbs of beef for stew (or a london broil)CUT INTO CHUNKS.
1 SMALL ONION DICED
2 CANS OF DEL MONTE SAUCE
2 CANS OF FRANCO AMERICAN BEEF GRAVY
2 BAGS FROZEN CAVETELLI


Directions

brown beef in oil till nice and brown


(i use olive oil just enough to cover the bottem of the pot.add diced onion and the sauce and gravy, let simmer for about 45 mins or until meat is tender, sprinkle with parmasean cheese. and italian bread for dipping... yummy..

i forgot to tell you boil water in a pot, add cavatelli and cook according to directions (about 12 mins). drain pasta and add sauces and meat... hope you enjoy!!
