chicken rice casserole
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 c milk
1 C rice (uncooked, minute or regular works)
2/3 c oleo or butter
chicken, salt, pepper, more oleo
Mix Soups, milk and rice & pour into shallow baking dish.
Arrange pieces of chicken on top with salt & pepper & oleo over top.
bake, uncovered in low oven at 275 F for 2 -2 1/2 hours until browned
