chicken stir fry

Serves 6 | Prep Time 10 min | Cook Time 20 min


2 cups rice
2 broccoli crowns
2 Tbs sesame seed oil
1 bunch of Green onion
1 lb chicken
2 Tbs lemongrass
8 oz mushrooms
2 tsp red chili
3 cloves garlic
Soy sauce to taste

Boil 4 cups water.

Add 2 cups rice.

While the rice cooks heat 2 Tbs of vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Slice chicken into bite size pieces and add to the pan, cook over medium-high heat for 15 minutes.

Chop all the vegetables and add to pan.

Saute over high heat until soft.

Add lemongrass, red chili, garlic and sesame seed oil.

Serve hot over rice with soy sauce to taste.
