CHOCOLATE BUTTERCREAM

 

  • Cooking Time: 5 - 10 minutes
  • Servings: covers one 8 inch cake
  • Preparation Time: 2 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 3/4 cups confectionary sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 plus extra milk

Directions

  • cream softened butter
  • add sifted confectionary sugar
  • mix
  • add 1/4 cup milk
  • mix
  • add cocoa powder
  • mix
  • if too grainy after mixing for about two minutes from this point add milk, by teaspoon but dont exceed 3 teaspoons
