Ingredients

1/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
2 teaspoons vanilla


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. line two cookie sheets with foil. In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, corn syrup and butter. Stir constantly over high heat until the mixture boils; remove from the heat. Stir in the flour and nuts until blended, then stir in the vanilla.


Drop by level tablespoons on to the foil, leaveing room for the cookies to spread. Bake for about 8-10 minutes until the cookies are rich golden brown.


Remove from the oven, let cool for about 1 minute and mold cookie over back of small bowls. When they harden you can use the cookie bowl to serve ice cream and fresh berries!
