Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 box jiffy corn muffin mix (7oz)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2-3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 can cream corn

Directions

  • preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • melt butter/ margarine in pan
