country butter milk biscuts
2 1//2 cups self rising flour
2 tea spoon sugar
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup buttermilk
preheat oven at 350. in medium bowl stir together flour and sugar. using a fork cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. stir in mixture until mixture leaves side of bowl.
1_2 tbl spoon buttermilk.
on lightly floured surface. kneed dough until smooth to 1/2 thick.
Cut buiscuts and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
bake 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown
