CRAB CURRY

Ingredients

  • crabs (cleaned)
  • potatoes (opt fried in halves with salt and tumric pwd)
  • G+G paste
  • salt
  • tumric pwd
  • cumin pwd
  • corianda pwd
  • tamrind pulp
  • indian allspice
  • onion sliced
  • dash of greek curd

Directions

  • heat oil and add in the pieces of crab and toss them around to just pre cook
  • remove it and add in the sliced onions fry to a golden brown
  • add in the G+G paste, cumin pwd, corianda pwd, saffron(tumric pwd, salt, allspices.
  • stir fcook till u don't kget a G+G smell
  • add in the tamrind pulp and the crabs add some water and bring to a boil for a few minutes now add in the greek curd
  • serve hot with plain rice
  • out of this world
