Why I Love This Recipe

Needed a low calorie breakfast item with lots of protein


Ingredients You'll Need

1 10 ounces frozen spinach(thawed)
1/2 can of Rotel
1 cup shredded cheese
5 eggs


Directions

beat eggs in bowl


add cheese and thawed spinach


fill 12 muffin tins with mixture


top with spoon full of Rotel tomatoes


bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees
