Ingredients

1 fat free wrap
1 wedge laughing bell cheese ( i use french onion)
1 med. cumber sliced in strips lentghwise
1tbsp salsa


spread the wrap with the cream cheese layer the cucumber strips end to end, spread salsa over cucumbers


roll up the wrap tightly.


Cut in 4 pieces the entire wrap is only


2 points


it is a fun lunch great on a hot day with fat free chips for and additional 1 pt.
