2 Cups all purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 Cup light Butter, softened
1/3 Cup Splenda Sugar Blend
1/3 Cup packed Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
1 large egg
1 (12 ounce) Nestle Toll House Mini Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350. Place your mini muffins liners in pan and spray with cooking spray.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt in medium bowl and set aside.
Combine butter, Splenda Sugar Blend, Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, and vanilla in large bowl. Beat at medium speed until creamy. Beat in the mashed bananas and egg. Gradually mix in the flour mixture, stir in the morsels. Spoon into your pan.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean....
For the chocolate chips I only used half of the package and thought there were still plenty in the batter.
