FISH CHIPS

Ingredients

  • fish (sea water but full small size)
  • tumric pwd
  • salt
  • lemon juice
  • oil for frying

Directions

  • marinate the fish with salt and the tumric pwd and let stand for a few seconds.
  • mean while heat oil in a frying pan
  • place the fish in the oil and fry them to a nice golden brown on both sides
  • spray lemon juice over them
  • and serve with home made potato chips
