  • sea water fish sliced marinated with salt and tumeric pwd and fried
  • florets/brinjals
  • slit fresh green chillies
  • onion seed
  • G+G paste
  • chillie pwd
  • salt tumeric pwd, dash of corianda pwd
  • diced tomatoes
  • oil


  • heat oil add the vegetable and stir fry till half cooked remove
  • add oil and add the onion seed till they crackle
  • add slit chillies
  • add G+G paste corianda pwd tumeric pwd chillie pwd salt stir fry till oil appears
  • add tomatoes to blend with the masalas
  • add 1 cup water and the vegetables and the fried fish bring to a boil
  • serve with rice
