Potato  Potato  Salad  Side Dish 

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 c. cubed, cooked potatoes
  • 1/2 c. celery, sliced
  • 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 T. green onion slices
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 8 z pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 T. milk
    •

DIRECTIONS

Combine potatoes, celery, green peppers, onion and salt; mix lightly. Combine cream cheese, sour cream and milk, mixing until well blended. Add to potato mixture; mix lightly. Chill.
