GLUTEN FREE BANANA BROWNIE

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups GF AP flour
  • 2/3 Cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp guar gum
  • 1/4 Cup dry milk powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 Cup ground almonds
  • 2 Cups sugar
  • 1/2 Cup milk
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 4 lg egg whites
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions

  • Pre-heat to 350
  • Mix dry ingredients together in lg. bowl.
  • Beat egg whites, sugar, mashed banana, milk and vanilla.
  • Add to dry ingredients.
  • Pour into prepared 9x13 pan. To prepare put lg. sheet of parchment paper in pan and oil with canola oil.
  • Bake 25-30 mins. Prick test for done-ness. Do Not Over Cook!
