layered pudding dessert
1 c flour
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 c chopped pecans
8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1 c powdered sugar
8 oz cool whip
2 small packages instant chocolate pudding
3 c milk
1/2 c chopped pistachios
Combine flour, butter and pecans in small bowl, press on bottom of 9x12 baking dish.
bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, let cool
Combine cream cheese with powdered sugar and 1 cup cool whip, spread over 1st layer, chill to set
Prepare instant pudding with 3 cups of milk, beat until thickened and spread over 2nd layer. Chill to set
Spread remaining cool whip over top
refrigerate overnight - right before serving, sprinkle pistachios over top.
