LEEK PIE

Ingredients

  • leek 1kg
  • feta cheese salted or sheep cheese 300gr
  • eggs 3
  • puff pastry 2 sheets
  • butter 30 gr

Directions

  • chop the leeks
  • put them into a saucepan with a small amount of water
  • stir and boyle 4o min
  • when is cooler add the eggs and half of cheese grated
  • with this composition fill between the 2 sheets put the other half cheese grated
  • grease the trey
  • is better in a round one but is hard to reshape the sheets
  • put in the oven
  • preheated
  • keep inside under 180 celsius
  • should be golden slightly brown 30-35 min

Notes

well i have a macedonian origin is from my grandmother .macedonian people love pies very much.is just delicious and it may be the main course or just a snack.is my son's favourite dish.we want to share the joy with you.
