Pkg lean ground turkey
1/3 cup high wood crossing oats( made into flour)
Salt free chicken mrs.dash
1 free range egg
Table spoon of ketchup
1/2 balsamic vinegar
1/2 white vinegar
1 cup of coconut palm sugar
1/4 cup of gluten free low sodium soy sauce
Two table spoons of cornstarch ( premix in water first)
Mix all together and make into tiny balls
cook in oven on parchment at 400 degrees
for sauce add two tbsp of corn starch and add the rest of the ingredients
let the sauce thicken and pour over top!
