  • 1 Shots of cold white rum
  • 1-2 Shots of club soda
  • 1 tbsp organic cane sugar
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 6 lrg mint leaves


  • Wet rim of drinking glass coat with sugar
  • add ½ of mint crushed/mulled to bottom of glass
  • In blender pulse first 5 ingredients until smooth
  • Pour into glass
  • Add remaining mint into glass as garnish
  • Tips:
  • *to sugar coat rim wet rim with lime or rum, turn glass upside down into thin even layer of sugar on small plate
  • *use lime as garnish
  • *keep alcohol in freezer to keep cold
  • *multiply ingredients per person
