MARKET SALAD WITH OLD CHATHAM BLUE AND SERIOUS GARLIC DRESSING
market salad with old chatham blue and serious garlic dressing

- 5 cloves garlicm peeled and cut in half
- 1/4 t sea salt
- 6 T olive oil
- 2 T balsamic
- pinch sugar
- 1/2 pound market greens, washed nad dried and gently torn
- 2 kirbies, sliced thin
- 1/2 pound stringbeans, blanced
- 2-3 red radish or french bkfst radish, sliced thinkly
- 2 ripe heirloom tomatoes, chopped nt med size
- 1/4 pound blue cheese
DIRECTIONS
using a fork mash garlic and salt together
add olive oil and let it sit for ten minutes
strain garlic and reserve the oil in a small glass jar
add vinegar nad sugar to jar and shake well
place greens in serving bowl, toss with dressing
