MARKET SALAD WITH OLD CHATHAM BLUE AND SERIOUS GARLIC DRESSING

Ingredients

  • 5 cloves garlicm peeled and cut in half
  • 1/4 t sea salt
  • 6 T olive oil
  • 2 T balsamic
  • pinch sugar
  • 1/2 pound market greens, washed nad dried and gently torn
  • 2 kirbies, sliced thin
  • 1/2 pound stringbeans, blanced
  • 2-3 red radish or french bkfst radish, sliced thinkly
  • 2 ripe heirloom tomatoes, chopped nt med size
  • 1/4 pound blue cheese

Directions

  • using a fork mash garlic and salt together
  • add olive oil and let it sit for ten minutes
  • strain garlic and reserve the oil in a small glass jar
  • add vinegar nad sugar to jar and shake well
  • place greens in serving bowl, toss with dressing
