- 1 1/2 parts tequila
- 3/4 part fresh lime juice
- 100ml pineapple juice
- 1 pineapple chunk
- 2 teaspoons sugar syrup
- crushed ice
- to decorate
- pineapple wedge
- lime rind spiral
DIRECTIONS
Pour the tequila, lime juice, pineapple juice, pineapple chunk and sugar syrup into a blender
Add a handful of crushed ice
Blend for 15 seconds
Pour onto a highball glass
Decorate with a pineapple wedge and a lime rind spiral
