mexican chorizo dip
1# bulk Chorizo ( hot or mild)
1# ground sirloin
1 small onion, diced
2 cups Mexican melting cheese ( found in the international cheese section)
1 ripe tomato, diced
Preheat oven to 350. Brown in a skillet the Chorizo, beef and onion. Cook until no longer pink, drain well.
In a 9x9 baking dish, add 1/2 of meat mix then 1/2 of the cheese then repeat, ending with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and slightly browned.
Serve with diced tomato's and chips.
