PrintINGREDIENTS
- 1 Shots of cold pisco
- 1-2 Shots of club soda
- 1 tbsp organic cane sugar
- Juice of ½ lime
- 6 ice cubes
- Dash of bitters
DIRECTIONS
Wet rim of drinking glass with lime coat with sugar
In blender pulse first 5 ingredients until smooth
Pour into glass
Add dash of bitters
Tips:
*to sugar coat rim, wet rim with lime, turn glass upside down into thin even layer of sugar on small plate
*use lime as garnish
*keep alcohol in freezer to keep cold
*multiply ingredients per person
