Why I Love This Recipe
Here's a basic recipe to get you started!
Ingredients You'll Need
2 cups peeled tomatoes cut into cubes
1/2 cup peeled and finely chopped onion
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
generous squeeze of lime
1 clove of garlic
salt to taste
Combine all ingredients in food processor and mix quickly, not to over chop.
Refridgerate until ready and taste for seasoning before serving.
