- rich tea biscuits or petit beurre or any biscuit square shape
- custard cream a bit thicker than normally
DIRECTIONS
we have alternate layers
biscuits and custard
in a trey
finish with custard
spread some coconut grated on top
leave it in the fridge then slice it
is a very nice light desert for children ....and the rest of the family
