Ingredients

  • 2 parts pineapple juice
  • 1 part dark rum
  • 1 part anisette
  • 1 tbsp sugar syrup
  • splash of lime juice (freshly squeezed)

Directions

  • fill cocktail shaker with ice
  • add pineapple juice, dark rum, anisette, sugar syrup and lime juice
  • shake
  • strain into a cocktail glass
