Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup passionfruit pulp
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon citric acid
combime passionfruit pulp, sugar and citric acid in a small saucepan and mix well. slowly bring to just below boiling point, stirring to dissolve sugar. allow to cool.
strain through a fine sieve and pour into sterilised bottles and seal immediately. keeps for 12 months.
