1 cup passionfruit pulp
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon citric acid
Combine passionfruit pulp, sugar and citric acid in a small saucepan and mix well. Slowly bring to just below boiling point, stirring to dissolve sugar. Allow to cool.
Strain through a fine sieve and pour into sterilised bottles and seal immediately. Keeps for 12 months.
