Ingredients

1 CAN PETITE DICED TOMATOES
1/3 C. RED ONION
1/3 C. BELL PEPPER
1/2 TSP. GARLIC SALT OR MINCED FRESH GARLIC
1 SMALL CAN BLACK OLIVES
2 TBS. BUTTER
2 TBS. OLIVE OIL
1 tsp. Italian herbs
pasta of your choice


Heat olive oil & butter on med heat until butter is melted then add onion& bell pepper saute until soft. add can of tomatoes, herbs, garlic salt, and olives.


Simmer on med-high heat for 15 minutes and serve with pasta of your choice.

I use a whole wheat pasta just to make it a little healthier. This is something I go to when it's fend for yourself night. My husband isn't a huge pasta fan so this works for me instead of meat and potatoes all the time.
