Why I Love This Recipe

fondant

Fondant 1#

Chocolate, melted 4 oz

Simple Syrup 1 ½ oz

Corn Syrup 1 ½ oz


Ingredients You'll Need

Milk 4 oz
Water 4 oz.
Salt small pinch
Butter 4 oz
Bread Flour 4 oz
Eggs 8 oz


Directions

Bring to a boil the milk, water, butter and salt.


Remove from heat and add the flour all at once, stirring to incorporate.


Return to heat and continue to stir until the mixture forms a mass and leaves a thin


film behind on the bottom of the pan.


Place in the mixer with paddle attachment on low speed. Gradually add the eggs in 3 to 4 parts: scraping after each addition
