Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

* 1 package cream cheese (softened in microwave)
* 3/4 - 1 cup splenda
* 1 cup peanut butter (i use low carb soynut butter) *creamy or chunky*
* 1 tbl vanilla (clear imitation vanilla has 0 carbs)
* 1 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
* 1 low carb or sugar free graham crust
* 1 cup crushed sugar free chocolate creme cookies


Directions

mix (softened) cream cheese and splenda till creamy


mix in the vanilla to cream cheese mixture


add peanut (soynut) butter and mix well (will become a dense fluff)


in seperate bowl whip heavy cream till stiff (with mixer)


mix stiff cream and "nut" butter mixture together 1/3 at a time


scoop into pie crust


top with crushed cookies


refridgerate till ready to serve
