makes two double crusts

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 1/4 c. shortening
  • 1 egg
  • 1 t. vinegar
  • 4 T. water

DIRECTIONS

Mix dry ingredients.


Cut in shortening.


Add egg, slightly beat with fork.


Add vinegar mixed with water.


Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
