makes two double crusts

INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups flour
- 1 t. salt
- 1 1/4 c. shortening
- 1 egg
- 1 t. vinegar
- 4 T. water
DIRECTIONS
Mix dry ingredients.
Cut in shortening.
Add egg, slightly beat with fork.
Add vinegar mixed with water.
Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
