PIE CRUST

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 1/4 c. shortening
  • 1 egg
  • 1 t. vinegar
  • 4 T. water

Directions

  • Mix dry ingredients.
  • Cut in shortening.
  • Add egg, slightly beat with fork.
  • Add vinegar mixed with water.
  • Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.

makes two double crusts
